The best gym in DFW. I drive 30-45 minutes past 10 gyms to get here. Owner’s are great. Gym members are dope. The energy is contagious, music is loud. Perfect gym for getting strong and crushing your goals. Outdoor section is a little haven of prowlers and farmers carries. Love the deadlift platforms & squat racks. Plus they are dogs. Amazing, perfect dogs. Thanks Metroflex.

Joined about 5 or 6 mths ago. Just a no frills, show up and do work gym. Members are super nice and the staff are 5 star as well.

I forgot my wallet!! But Ryan was flexible and helped me out by letting me pay with Zelle. I got a good work out in, they have all the equipment for power, oly or strongman lifting. Really cool spot with really great people.

unpretentious atmosphere, friendly people, and good selection of equipment. Doesn't matter if you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner. All are welcome.

I don’t go here as much as I should, but when I do go, it’s excellent. Customer service is always great, personal trainers are there if I need them, and the pool is pretty spectacular. Highly recommend!

The new Metroflex Gym - Plano is a hardcore training gym. If you’re looking for a community gym where you can be yourself, wear whatever you like, and focus on training, this is a great place. No frills, great monthly rate, and a fantastic group of fitness professionals and members. Whether you’re a bodybuilder or trying to lose some extra pounds, this gym is different than most in Plano. Go check it out.

I got a membership about a week ago and I can undoubtedly say this is by far the best gym I have ever been to. They have all types of equipment whether you’re a serious lifter or just want a great workout. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly reccomend this gym to anyone!

Great hardcore gym in Plano! I visited for a workout while on the road and this place is awesome and breathes energy and intensity for a great workout. Don't let the hardcore nature scare you off, everyone is super friendly, the owners are awesome guys and there is a huge breadth of equipment to fit any workout style and to get a great lift.Visit this gym! Awesome energy!

I've always heard the hype about this gym - expectations exceeded! There is something about the grit in the air that really pulls a new level of drive and determination from inside your core. This is the gym that definitely gets you in the mood to get going. It’s one hundred percent pure iron motivation. The owners Ryan and Chris are awesome! If you're not familiar with the machines, they are always willing to help and show you how the machines are used. You will always be told thanks for coming in, and to make sure to come back in tomorrow! They notice your hard work and appreciate all their members being a part of the gym. This gym is for all types of people, not just the hardcore, but will make you feel hardcore, for sure.
